Your Ban and Your Appeal
If you have been banned from the game or from our Discord, this page shows where your ban stands and lets you appeal it. You do not need a Discord account to use it, and it works even if you have already been removed from the server.
Check your ban
Sign in with the Discord account you played on. That is all you need: it shows your ban (its term, its reason, anything staff have changed since, and what they decided on your appeals), and you can appeal it right below.
Works even if you were removed from our Discord. Discord only tells us your username and account ID, to find your ban. We do not keep your sign-in, and nobody else can see your ban this way.
No Discord, or banned on a different account? Use your ban code instead.
Your ban code is in the message the game shows you when you try to log in. It
looks like ABCDE-FGHJK.
Before you write
- Sign in with Discord first. It attaches your exact ban to the appeal, so you only have to write what happened, and you can follow your appeal on this page. No Discord? Your ban code does the same. Without either, your Discord name or your character name is what lets staff find the ban.
- Say what happened, plainly. Staff can read the logs. An appeal that matches what the logs show is the one that gets somewhere.
- One appeal at a time. Every appeal is read. While one is waiting for staff you cannot send another. Once they decide, their answer shows on this page, and you can appeal again if the ban still stands.
Temporary bans end on their own. If you were given a term (three days, a week), it lifts automatically when the time is up, and the bot sends you an invite back into the Discord. You are welcome to appeal anyway, but you do not have to wait on staff to get back in.
Ban evasion makes things worse. Coming back on another account or another PC while a ban is running turns a temporary ban into a permanent one. Use this form instead.
